ABOUT THE MILLINER: Each design created by Sophie is lovingly cut, blocked, twisted, trimmed, sewn and lined by hand using traditional and modern Millinery techniques.
Any minor damage or stain will incur up to a AU $50 fee to cover repairs. Major damage or loss of item will incur 80% of specified retail value. AU $20 cancellation fee if cancel before hat has been posted, no cancellation after hat has been posted. Late return fee is AU $10 a day. Refund will only be provided if hat arrives damaged or arrives late after your race day. Return postage must be tracked and at renter’s expense.
