Each Milli Starr piece is meticulously hand-blocked and hand-stitched in my studio in Austin, Texas, using centuries-old couture methods. Everything ~ from brim-edges to petersham to trims ~ is stitched by hand with a needle and thread ~ no sewing machine, and never ever any glues.
Any minor damage or stain will incur up to a US $40 fee to cover repairs. Major damage or loss of item will incur 70% of specified retail value.
