A nod to the great Christian Dior. Hand blocked of fine parisisal straw in a deep navy blue this percher can be worn with the back up or down. It is trimmed with grosgrain ribbon and hand rolled silk flowers of navy and white. The hat is placed on a disk and worn with an elastic band.
