This Black and White Boater Hat is an elegant choice. This is a perfect hat for the races, especially Derby Day.
Constructed from black paper woven fabric and abaca scrunch, it is trimmed with Swiss Starbright braid and wild crinoline.
Measuring approximately 31cm (12 inches) across, this two thirds size boater is positioned on the head with a black velvet ribbon trimmed headband. A light brown/blond velvet ribbon headband or hat elastic can be substituted on request.
