Terms of Hire: Strict
Any minor damage or stain will incur up to a AU $50 fee to cover repairs. Major damage or loss of item will incur 80% of specified retail value. AU $20 cancellation fee if cancel before hat has been posted, no cancellation after hat has been posted. Late return fee is AU $10 a day. Refund will only be provided if hat arrives damaged or arrives late after your race day. Return postage must be tracked and at renter’s expense.

It is but I am in Melbourne atm and won’t be home until 11 March to post it so would not be confident it would make it anywhere in that short timeframe. Of course if you don’t need postage, that would be fine to collect it on the 14th.
