I ’m the milliner Shirley Andersson and the founder of Shirley Couture Designs! I create headpieces of all different varieties in Stockholm Sweden, specializing in bridal headwear, hats for weddings, formal occasions and the races. All of my headpieces are handmade by myself, from designing, shaping, sewing and even adding the finishing touches.
It was not until I crossed paths with a milliner (Kerstin Carlefalk) for Queen Silvia of Sweden that my millinery journey began a few years back. I took a private course with her and got the expertise I needed to make my own beautiful creations.
I love designing stylish and elegant hats, fascinators, and other headwear using quality materials for all my creations.
If l would describe my style with three words l would say; feminine, elegant and classy.
l strive to bring you new and beautiful headwear to adorn yourself with.
